1.9 REQUESTING, GIVING, AND RECEIVING

1. Read section 1.9 on page 11 of the Textbook and listen to the dialogue. Online, or Disk 1, Track 3.
   
2. Do Exercise 7 on page 12 of the Textbook. Memorize the names of the food items and practice ordering them from a menu.
3. Practice purchasing the newspapers and magazines on page 12 of the Textbook.
4. Do Exercise З on page 20 of the Workbook.
